Bus stop names incorrect please change

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6981168.

Bus stops are named 'Sungate Cottages' which is an old name and no longer accurate/relevant - please could you consider updating the bus stop names both sides of the road to 'Collier Row Road/Abbey Care Home' or 'Collier Row Road/Wellgate Community Farm'? This would make it more useful for people planning journeys.
