Cracked lightwell in the pavement leaking into shop basement

Reported via desktop in the Pavement Defect (uneven surface / cracked paving slab) category anonymously at 11:18, Friday 17 January 2025

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS6993862.

Outside the Shelter shop 173a Finchley Road, the lightwells in the pavement are cracked and leaking into the basement. This is the 4th time we are reporting this, first time in Oct (to Camden Highways Team) and last time was this week (to TFL) and we received a report that it has already been fixed - however, no repairs have taken place, i'm attaching photos taken yesterday, where it is evident the lightwells have had no work done to them and the water ingress in continuing.
