Lane closure, creating tail backs, increased traffic in surrounding areas!!

The lane closure is causing increased stationary traffic, pushing increased traffic flow to local streets. Increasing local pollution levels. No active work or workman on site, just lane closure (Since Monday) If the road works are delayed, please reopen the road to improve traffic flow. Generally too many closures along the A3 planned in the same weeks / months?? Are local councils / TFL not taking to each other, it’s ridiculous!!
