Pavement parking on The Highway

This black Bentley has been parked on the pavement on The Highway at the junction with Virginia Street. It is partly obstructing the pavement and the pedestrian drop kerb access to Mulberry Academy London Dock. This vehicle has been parked here repeatedly during the day, all day for several days. Please ticket it.
