Two very tall trees outside my house need to be topped

Two trees directly outside my house need to be topped. The rest of the trees on the road have been, but for some reason over the past few years these two have never been dealt with. They are now far too high and are restricting light into the buildings and posing a serious risk to buildings should they come down in a storm.
They are outside 165 and 167 Kennington Park Road - the last two in the line of trees along the road on the same side as Kennington Tube station and Kennington Park.
