Crossing st

Reported via desktop in the Safety concern (traffic or pedestrian) category anonymously at 19:12, Friday 24 January 2025

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7029367.

Hello,

I would like to provide my feedback regarding the following pedestrian crossing, if it can even be called that. In the absence of a pedestrian traffic light and zebra lines on the road, drivers coming from Old Brompton Road, turning right onto Warwick Road, tend to ignore pedestrians crossing, causing inconvenience and the risk of accidents.

I would like to know why zebra lines or at least a pedestrian traffic light have not been installed. Drivers coming from Old Brompton Road should not put pedestrians at risk due to this lack of infrastructure. Could you kindly provide some clarification?

Thank you.
