One of the red lights are out at this set of traffic signals. Located on Kensington High Street at the junction with Campden Hill Road.

This known issue has not been resolved since the construction began that disables one of the traffic lights. Last night (10 February) a motorcycle passed the red light, and a red bus almost failed to stop - it did an emergency stop in the junction. I note that the pedestrian light was green so potentially people could have been crossing the road. I reported this problem to RBKC late last year, when a red bus had failed to stop at the red light when I was crossing the road with my daughter with the green man showing. Therefore I am aware that this issue has been active for months, and it indicates that it isn't a priority for TFL. However, I note that I personally witnessed (with video evidence) of two near misses involving a 13 ton vehicle. I must insist that this issue be escalated as a matter of urgency

I was just passing again today and see another 2 vehicles - a coach being one of them go through a red light. Without making a point of it I am seeing frequent potentially fatal incidents.
For context, I took the attached photo when the white coach passed the red light. I then saw the van pass the light too.
