Pedestrian Traffic Light issue

Reported via desktop in the Safety concern (traffic or pedestrian) category anonymously at 20:56, Monday 27 January 2025

Sent to TfL 15 hours, 49 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS7042924.

The pedestrian traffic light keeps turning red every 15-18 seconds by itself. It has been like this for at least a week. I observed this Saturday 18th Jan, Sunday 19th Jan, Saturday 25th Jan and Sunday 26th Jan. This is causing huge tailbacks on Lodge Ave in both directions.
