No turn signs sprayed over causing unsafe turning

Hello - these lights have just been put online (proper lights, temp ones no longer being used). Someone has covered over the no left and no right turn markers causing extremely dangerous turns of cars going right onto lea bridge from chatsworth (as they drive into a green light for lea bridge eastbound cars)
