A240 Traffic light phasing

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7050032.

Temporary traffic light phasing still incorrect (same as last time this vandalism happened) causing major traffic delays, backed up past Ruxley Lane already at 7.30 this morning . No apparent work being carried out on site as usual.

We have therefore referred it to our contractors, and you should see an improvement within 28 days.
