Temporary lights are not working properly. Causing traffic chaos at peak times.

The phasing of these temporary lights is completely wrong. They are constantly changing to red for no reason and stopping and holding traffic for long periods of time despite there being no trams coming. This is causing traffic chaos and blocking the whole roundabout.
