The manhole cover on Camden Road is noisy

The manhole cover on Camden Road is making a noise everytime a car drives over it as it is loose. It’s been noisy since roadwork was done in mid-December. It is in the south heading lane, in front of the barber/Caribbean Delight and across the road from Camden Local.

Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This has been investigated and we have now referred it to our contractors. If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within two hours. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair. It seems like they tried to fix it by cementing a side but it has reverted to being noisy again. I think a more permanent solution is required.
