Drain not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7073333.

Drain doesn work properly. Bike path floods regularly. This has been a recurrent issue for at least 1.5 year. It's been reported multiple times. Now cyclist have to merge into regular traffic when the path is flooded, which is very dangerous. Please actually fix this, unless you're waiting for someone to get run over.
