Poor placement of roadsigns which are misleading and showing the wrong speed limit

On the A3 south before the Ace of spades roundabout there are a pair of temporary 50 speed limit signs next to perminant 50 signs. As you then proceed onto the A3 and past the national speed limit signs there are some roadworks that appear out of nowhere and in the middle of the roadworks there is another 50 sign which suggests that the last stretch if of road was meant to be a 50 not a 70 . The national speed limit signs are unobstructed and there is no 50 sign anywhere near the national signs which suggests that the national are the speed which motorists should go.
