At moment door is lying on pavement under shelter allowing people to keep messing around switching shelter light off - see photographs

Red bus 95 shepherds bush to southall. Its on diversion currently and Noone mentioned anywhere, I missed busses and had to charge again 1.75 because of lack of information provided! I need you to specify next time ! A clear specification.
I need the refund
I always miss money alot because of this bus never comes on time from its starting point only.! From shepherds bush i spend hours waiting for 95. Probably the worst bus ever existed! A big mismanagement of tfl !
