Temporary light, constantly fucked!

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7079207.

The temporary traffic lights (that have been in place since summer) are playing up yet again. Every now and again, they all decide to freeze up and get stuck on red, forcing staff from Plumstead Bus Garage to direct traffic to reduce delays! Today, a new issue. They all have one sequence and have been green for everyone all at once. Can the problem be rectified asap please
