Jhumat House office building, 160 London road, Barking, IG11 8BB, customer is reporting that the grass outside the building, where the big trees are, Homeless people are taking refuge there, sleeping there, smoking there, rats are there, the Barking and Dagenham council have been contacted, but they say they cant cut the grass or barricade the place as it belongs to TfL,
