Temporary traffic light phasing

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7093747.

Temporary traffic light phasing still incorrect causing major traffic delays towards Ewell. We have been told this could take up to 28 days to rectify as this is non urgent?!. This should be resolved as a matter or urgency seeing as this was incorrectly configured in the first place.
