Phasing of temporary lights

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7099921.

No work is being done on the broken traffic lights and the temporary traffic lights phasing is causing tailbacks and slow moving traffic. this has added 20 minutes to my 30 minute journey! Why has no work started to repair the vandalised lights after weeks of disruption?
