Traffic lights not working correctly

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7115285.

This is a common problem that's these lights do not work correctly. On the 10th of February during the day there was a 20 minute delay with cars stuck in traffic beyond belmarsh prison courts which is shocking. Please remove these lights as everyone is fed up that these lights do not work correctly.
