Noisy loose & rocking manhole cover, tarmac is damaged around it

Reported via desktop in the Manhole Cover - Damaged (rocking or noisy) category anonymously at 14:36, Wednesday 19 February 2025

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7157841.

Noisy loose & rocking manhole cover, tarmac is damaged around it. I've got an email to say it's been fixed but it hasn't. Ref FMS7006316. Southbound carrigeway towards A316 apex roundabout. This is creating noise and is keeping me up at night. There is also another manohole A316 apex roundabout. Precise location, junction of the A312 Hampton Road West and A316 Apex Roundabout. It's where the dual carrigeway road island is.
