Countdown unit not working

Sent to TfL 3 days, 16 hours, 16 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS7182580.

I have reported this numerous times since October on the TFL website and I phoned them too, but it has still not been fixed. When I first reported it, it hadn’t been working for a couple of months, so it has not been working for at least 4-5 months. Please can this be fixed.
