Tree at 529 Westhourne Avenue - dying/damaged

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7187336.

SE9 6DJ - the tree outside 529 South Circular is dying/damaged. It is preventing the bushes around my house from growing and is also causing issues with the fencing around the house. Please could you inspect this tree and take appropriate action?

    The fence next to and near the tree is entirely damaged and falling. On the rest of the greenery the bushes are grown and trimmed nicely but as you can see from my photos, this is entirely missing from my section. It looks horrible. As a result of this, a lot of rubbish comes flying into the greenery and it just makes the environment look ugly.
