No pedestrian crossing lights

Reported via mobile in the General Fault category anonymously at 08:42, Wednesday 26 February 2025

TfL ref: FMS7190422.

There are no pedestrian crossing lights on the intersection of Lewisham Road (A2211) and Blackheath Hill Road (A2), which is extremely dangerous for pedestrians trying to cross. I live there and every single day myself and other people need to endanger our lives to go to work or return home. Drivers don't obey the traffic lights either and I've previously been subject of almost accident. I'm sure I'm not the first person to mention this. For people with disabilities it's impossible to cross that road. Children who have mo fear tend to cross anywhere in this crossing.

I have previously spoken to both Lewisham and Greenwich Council and they've both said the road is under your responsibility.

This is a danger to the public, someone needs to assess it and place pedestrian crossing.

I hope we don't need to have victims before something happens.
