Subway lights not working at Hogarth roundabout

Reported via desktop in the Lights out in Pedestrian Subway category anonymously at 15:13, Thursday 6 March 2025

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7236322.

I first reported this problem back in November and again since then - and you have told me it was solved. But it is not. Is there something wrong with your system? The lights over the stairwells on the south side of the Hogarth subway - in both directions as you exit are not working. So you cannot see as you are coming up the steps - plus a larger lampost nearby is also not working. In addition there are lots of autumn leaves making it slippy when wet. Please can you look into this again. I no longer have photo's of the lampost numbers but I can take them again if necessary. Thank you
