My communication reads:-

You will realise that it is an impossible task to try and photograph road damage close up here, due to the proximity of very fast moving and continuous traffic. Whilst travelling between the A127, M25 junction (London bound) and the A127 Hall Lane bridge at approximately 1530 on Thursday 6th March 2025, it was very difficult to steer a safe path due to the amount of road damage in the central and near side over this whole distance. I went over a huge pothole which shook through the car and I would be very surprised if it has not altered the correct wheel alignment, which is a regular symptom of this happening. There is so much road damage and potholes that I am not sure which section I badly hit. This situation is surely unacceptable. You obviously have a huge workload to fix these problems, but this sort of road condition should be a priority, not least because of the volume of traffic which uses this main London route. Numerous vehicles must be affected by the road condition but the drivers do not report it. I will have my vehicle checked as soon as possible and decide on any further action according to the outcome. Thank you Kind Regards
