Traffic lights been out for over a month now

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7270628.

Lights have been out and causing horrid traffic from Epsom way as only lights through 4 cars at a time. Takes nearly 20 minutes to get through and causing huge emissions which in turn I thought tfl was trying not to do.
