Just to inform you of an accident that occurred today, 12th March 2025, at approximately 10:30 AM, where a member of the public tripped and fell at the edge of the pavement on Byward Street, near Zizzi Tower Place, due to a damaged section of the pavement. The individual injured her head, and my team assisted her with first aid and promptly called an ambulance.

I kindly request that you arrange for the damaged and worn-out pavement slabs to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible to prevent further accidents in the area.
