Follow-Up on Investigation of Reported Issue

Thank you for your response and for taking the time to investigate this matter. However, I must respectfully disagree with your conclusion that no defects or issues were found at the location in question.

Based on publicly available data, including Google Maps, there is clear evidence of ongoing traffic congestion in the area, indicating that the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, I have observed that the temporary traffic lights at this location are staying on red significantly longer than the original lights, which may be contributing to the congestion.

Given this, I kindly request a more thorough investigation to ensure that any underlying problems are properly identified and addressed.
