Traffic lights on red for long duration

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7323091.

Traffic light on Trafalgar road junction SE10 9ER causing major traffic jam issue all day on an already congested Trafalgar Road due to the lights taking an enormous time on red. Please reconfigure timings ASAP as causing excess pollution too.
