Reported via mobile in the Graffiti / Flyposting (offensive) category anonymously at 04:08, Friday 28 March 2025
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7350015.
It appears that someone has attached thousands of ribbons to the central reservations , which has resulted in significant issues for both residents and road users.
This has become a serious matter of vandalism, visual pollution, and driver distraction, especially during adverse weather conditions, as the ribbons move unpredictably, affecting driver behavior.Additionally these ribbons are creating a hugh distraction for road users and has caused several accidents , which poses a severe safety risk.
Residents have been complaining about this issue for a long time, and the ribbons have remained in place without action. We kindly request urgent removal of these ribbons to restore safety and visibility in the area.
