Traffic signal facing in wrong direction

A traffic light is misaligned as is pointing towards the wrong traffic: this is dangerous and needs fixing ASAP. It is the traffic light located on a small island in the central reservation of the A3211 (Upper Thames St), which is meant to control eastbound traffic exiting the Blackfriars Underpass, at the junction with Puddle Dock. Instead, it is pointing towards the southbound traffic exiting Puddle Dock, meaning that it is showing green towards Puddle Dock traffic when that traffic should actually be stopped.
