Inadequate cycle diversion

On the westbound Cycle Superhighway, cyclists are being "diverted" at the junction with Arthur Street but there is no signage indicating where they should go. They are merging with pedestrians using the restricted pavement and there's not enough room for anyone to pass anyone else comfortably.
