The road works or works or whatever is forcing the delays is causing an unacceptable problem - I have waited over 45 mins to get through a 30 second journey

  • Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. UKPN have been carrying out works on Islington High Street since yesterday, using UTC traffic signals. There were issues with these yesterday, resulting in excessive delays. Our NPD team has confirmed the situation has improved today. The works permit has been approved for five days (ending on Friday 11 April). If the issue persists, please raise another report or contact our customer services team on 0343 222 1234.
