Pedestrian traffic lights randomly turning red all the time.

Entrance from the park onto Prince Regents Lane (opposite Colman Road), the pedestrian traffic lights are randomly changing without any person waiting to cross. This is causing major tailbacks down the Prince Regents Lane towards Victoria Dock Road. They are turning red every 2 minutes. Please look into this issue as a priority.
