Blocked drainage issue

Comments:

I’m complaining last four months about this Drain ,and now you can see how is that bad ,and if it start raining and it’s all that dirty waters to come to my house ,and my garden ,no one come and clean the drain on the path front of my house, please send somebody to clean

    You can see the photo, the drain is full of water, it’s not draining at all, if heavy rain fall tonight is all the water come to my house I couldn’t sleep last night. It was raining and I was so scared the water come to my house and is smelly and very dirty. You can see please clear inside pipe of the drain, thank you.
