Speed limit sign not vsible

This is the closest category that your website allows; speed limit sign has been moved around so it is not visible to oncoming traffic. This is the only sign between the 40mph zone on the A21 entering into the camera controlled 30mph zone. The sign is located near the shell garage (postcode BR2 8NJ) which is opposite the A21/Jackson road junction. When I took the photo I'm sure lots of drivers would be getting fines.
