Traffic light is stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7452520.

18-04-2025 The traffic light that is positioned at the end of Park Road, coming out onto Cat Hill is stuck on red. This is a 4 way traffic light controlled junction and I have just sat through x3 changes of lights and the one at end of Park Road is stuck on red. Drivers have started driving through it to get out of the road which is very dangerous to other drivers coming from the 3 other directions
