Green man isn’t triggering to cross on Hornchurch road crossing

The traffic lights are constantly rotating between the rush green road crossing and the rom valley way crossing and not allowing the green man to trigger on the Hornchurch road crossing so pedestrians can’t cross safely and are having to run when there’s a gap in the traffic or until the roads are completely clear, the children go back to school on Tuesday and regularly use that crossing, including my son and other children who regularly cross here to get to our block of flats which is going to be very dangerous as the wait sign is constantly illuminated and not triggering the green man to come on. I waited out on the balcony at different times today for around 30 minutes at a time and the green man didn’t trigger once on the crossing below my balcony. This is why I believe this is urgent due to the children who will be back at school on Tuesday and using that crossing regularly again.
