2 pot holes within road works area

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7458888.

As you come off Gallows corner and go westbound on the A12 there is a large pothole in the only lane of the on slip due to road works, it is pretty big so you have to go slowly to avoid it, but more towards the end of the onslip there is a second pothole in the same lane, smaller but deeper. Please fix both. They are difficult to avoid due to it being one lane for works. every journey matters apparantly so please fix asap
