Traffic light out on roundabout.

At 07.50 traffic light on roundabout facing westbound. Lamp(s) not working. Not sure if they are out of sync as very heavy traffic eastbound on A41 leading up to Apex Corner with queues back to Broadhurst Avenue.

Still problems in the mornings every week day at about 07.45 for traffic trying to use Apex Corner Roundabout. Long queues on A41 from the west and on A1 south. Traffic unable to clear the roundabout east and northbound. Suspect traffic lights at Mill Hill Circus roundabout might be out of sync as traffic north and southbound queuing between Apex Corner and Mill Hill Circus.
