Traffic light stuck on red

Due to the marathon yesterday, this specific road was closed. When it reopened, I was waiting at the light for over 10 minutes and it was not changing. Meanwhile all the other lights for the other sides worked. The rotation happened 3 times while I waited. The pile up behind me was crazy due to this and it is extremely dangerous to go at this intersection with a traffic light that dont work! I hope it is fixed today
