Urgent Request to Repair Non-Working Traffic Light

I am writing to report a non-functioning traffic light at Bridge Road, near IMO car wash. The wait button is not working. I cross this street daily with a buggy, and the lack of a working signal makes it extremely unsafe for pedestrians, particularly for parents and carers with young children.

Could you please arrange for this traffic light to be repaired as soon as possible? It poses a significant risk, and I am very concerned for the safety of all pedestrians in the area.
