Southbound filter arrow does not appear to show

Reported via mobile in the Safety concern (traffic or pedestrian) category anonymously at 17:02, Monday 28 April 2025

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7494175.

Driving southbound on woodgrange road, and attempting to turn right on to forest lane, is extremely difficult as the right turn filter arrow does not seem to show any more. Northbound cars continue to drive through as the lights turn red, meaning southbound cars turning on to forest lane routinely drive straight through red lights endangering pedestrians. Why is the right turn arrow seemingly disabled?
