Faulty Pedestrian Spinning Cone. Location Name: 279A Prince Regent Lane, E13 8SD Direction of Travel: Intersection where A112 meets Newham Leisure Centre Road. The spinning cone underneath the pedestrian wait box is no longer working, this is a serious safety risk for someone visually impaired who is crossing this road.
