Traffic signal possible facing wrong way

Reported via desktop in the Damage - pole leaning / equipment detached from pole/facing the wrong direction category anonymously at 21:26, Sunday 4 May 2025

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7522567.

When coming out of Hallsville Road and turning onto Silvertown Way, to the right, the traffic light has a clear green arrow lit, showing that turning right is clear. This could be a damaged or moved traffic signal. This showed about 10 seconds after the main lights for this junction turned red. I went as traffic was clear and I had the obvious direction to go (clear green light to turn right), but I want to highlight this issue in case it is not correct.
