Traffic light stuck on red.

The traffic lights at the cross road appear to not be working correctly. Coming out of the service yard (so you are facing Moxy Hotel across the road and have Great Eastern Street running left to right) the lights were green when I approached the lights then quickly changed to red so I stopped, over 6 minutes the lights were red. It was a little longer but 6 mins is what I counted. Can you please check the frequency of these lights as this one is stuck on red whilst all the others around it appear to be working fine?
