There is flooding on the pavement.

For several months at least water has been flooding across the pavement on the west side of Great Dover Street, a short distance from Borough Corner. The photos shows 1) a general view and 2) a drainpipe on a building. The surface finish here suggests it's the boundary between the side of the Probation Service building at the corner of Borough High Street and the next building down on Great Dover Street.
