Traffic lights timing and management

Traffic lights timing management needs to be considered for this junction. The proper time to inspect this would be at 11:30 . Traffic light on Clarence Gate (Baker Street) turns to red just after 5-6 seconds leading to traffic build up in Outer Circle as vehicles turning to Baker Street (Clarence Gate) unable to move due to this traffic light management issue Furthermore, traffic light behind Allsop Place get stuck on red for at least 2 sequence of movement green light for the other lights on the junction before turns to green causing road users to wait behind the red light for at least 3-4 minutes. Proper timing of all this traffic lights urgently required to address the issues
