Urgent Action Required – Overgrown Trees on TfL Property Encroaching onto Private Land

Reported via mobile in the Overgrown vegetation category anonymously at 10:13, Saturday 10 May 2025

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS7548268.

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding overgrown tree located on Transport for London land adjacent to my property.

The branches now extend well beyond TfL’s boundary, significantly encroaching into my front garden. This has rendered much of the space unusable, and impacting enjoyment of the property.

There are also serious safety concerns. During high winds, large limbs swing unpredictably at head height, posing a real risk of injury to residents and visitors.

I trust this matter will be treated with the urgency it requires and that remedial action will be taken. Thanks
